Explaining

supervision

Supervision is an essential part of the helping professions, as well as an ethical requirement to ensure you, your clients and your business is supported.

My training brings a well-rounded balance of the normative (ethical considerations), formative (learning) and restorative (how you are doing) (see Proctor), from a non-judgemental and collaborative position.

Using the Seven-Eyed Model as a framework to provide insight of the conscious and unconscious aspects of relationships, can greatly enrich and equip us to understand ourselves and our clients.

Where helpful, I am able to bring in a range of interventions if required due to my integrative training.
