Hi, I’m diane garnham.

I’m a qualified Counsellor, having trained as an Integrative Therapist. I believe this enables great flexibility to work with clients facing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to loss and trauma and much more.

With a background in social care, I have spent many years supporting people with emotional, mental, physical and spiritual challenges. This has given me a non-judgemental understanding and care for people generally struggling with life’s uncertainties.

Start your Counselling journey…

Imagine you were going on a journey to a place you had not visited before, feelings might be a mixture of apprehension and excitement. I will join you on that journey as we explore together the highs and lows and take time to pause and acknowledge feelings and thoughts you’ve experienced along the way.
